Refund policy
RETURN POLICY: STORE CREDIT ONLY FOR ALLOWABLE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM PURCHASE DATE. No cash or credit card refunds allowed under any circumstances unless it is our error or cancellation.
PRODUCT REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES: Needlepoint canvases, threads, and kits are non-returnable. Books and patterns may not be returned. Other items that can be returned or exchanged must be in original packaging, unopened, and clean.
CLASS OR EVENT REFUNDS: Classes and event registrations are subject to individual policies per class or event. Standard and default store policy requires that a request be made PRIOR TO 7 days BEFORE THE class or event in order for a possible refund in the form of store credit be issued or a reschedule offered. Requests made any closer to the class or event than 7 days will not be refunded. If a class or event is cancelled by the store or the instructor, refunds will be issued in the customer's preferred method of payment, or reschedule approved, whichever is preferred by the customer.
